Refund policy
We will gladly refund you if all of the following three conditions are met:
We have received all the necessary documents, which have been authenticated according
to our exact instructions as well as any additional document which we requested from you.
If access to our services is unavailable for more than 12 hours during the subscription period.
If our product did not answer the description as advertised.
You can provide an objective account of why the product did not work for you.
You make the request for a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
If all of these conditions are met you may request a full refund. This is the only case in which refunds are offered.
