1. What exactly is ImageBeaver.com?
It's a site designed to make it easy for you to host your images and galleries online!
You can either host a single image or upload a whole gallery (up to 20 images) at once. When done, simply copy the code given to you by the beaver and paste it wherever you want the images to appear. Suggested uses includes forums, blogs, websites and auctions.
2. Why should I register for an account before hosting photos here?
Look into the beavers eyes. Listen to it. Embrace the beaver and its every command. Failing that, a good reason to register is so you can keep a track of all galleries you've ever uploaded. You can also always come back to them to get the code again, or have the option to do some fancy stuff like merging/deleting galleries. All this is under the User CP tab which appears once you are logged in.
3. What are the size restrictions?
Each image can be up to 1750KB large. There is no restriction on dimensions on the image or the total storage space per user.
4. Will my images stay on the site forever?
Images that haven't been accessed for a long time (a year or more) may be deleted if the need arisises, but we will try not to delete them unless we have to.
5. Can I hotlink the images?
Everyone can hotlink the thumbnails, but not the full size images. If you have a desperate need to hotlink full sized images on a particular site, you can try begging us here.
6. What type of images or videos can I upload?
If you would like to upload a video or image to Imagebeaver.com, you must be the owner of the property. We do not allow any illegal material to be uploaded, if you are caught doing so, we will contact the appropriate authorities immediately.
7. How do I delete images?
Contact us here specifying the image/gallery you need deleting or login to your User CP and do it from there.
8. I found illegal material on Imagebeaver.com, what do I do?
Contact us immediately here so we can take the appropriate action.
9. How do I include a link to my homepage/sponsor?
Simple. First make sure you are logged in and that you have uploaded the gallery you wish to add your homepage/sponsor site to. Then click on the "User CP" tab. Click on the "Add Sponsor" button and fill out the relevant fields. Then tick the radio button below the gallery you wish to add the sponsor/homepage link to, and click the "Link Sponsor" button. Select the sponsor you created from the drop down list and you are done. The sponsor/image blurb you created will now be displayed below the gallery and also every single page in the gallery.
10. How do I cancel a paid membership?
All paid memberships are handled by Verotel. If you would like to cancel your paid membership, you must do it at Verotel.com - or call Customer Service at 310-594-3270 or Contact Us.
We are in the process of changing CC processing providers, so check back for updates on this item.
11. How do I get a refund?
Each account may be refunded on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss it.
