Files-Upload may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate these Terms of Use.

You have sole responsibility for all files that you store on Files-Upload servers through use of the services. You acknowledge and agree that Files-Upload will not be responsible for any failure of the services to store a file, for the deletion of a file stored on the services, or for the corruption of or loss or any data, information or content contained in a file. Files-Upload disclaims any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. Files-Upload makes no warranty that the services will meet your requirements or will be available on an error-free, secure or uninterrupted basis. You acknowledge and agree that Files-Upload will not be responsible for any damages to your computer.
