RapidUpload.com (owned and operated by Capsule Innovations) is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) offering free web hosting that allows users to upload, transfer and store user generated files onto the RapidUpload.com website so that other users of RapidUpload.com can view and download the mentioned content.

You agree to not use RapidUpload.com for the purposes of:
a. Uploading, posting, emailing, transmiting or otherwise making available any content that depicts terror or torture.
b. Uploading, posting, emailing, transmiting or otherwise making available any content that depicts abuses of children, including any form of child pornography.

d. Uploading, posting, emailing, transmiting or otherwise making available any content that promotes any illegal activity.

No Warranty

Indemnity
You agree to hold harmless RapidUpload.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees resulting from your use of RapidUpload.com services or your breach of this terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability
