The Ultimatum has announced that Yukie Nasu's Here is Greenwood shojo manga will be getting an adaptation into a live-action television drama series this July. The original manga premiered in the Hane to Yume magazine in issues from 1986 to 1991. Viz Media than adapted it to North American territories in 2004 and there was a six-episode anime series of it from 91-93. Media Blasters released a DVD version of that short series in 2004.
Plot Concept: The slice-of-life manga follows a boy who moves into a dorm to escape a love triangle with his brother and his brother's new wife — only to discover that the dorm houses an even more oddball cast of characters.
